When are we going to Authenrication message to be added in templates. This has been very long , since it's enabled for India.

Allow us to save a Voice Note as a canned response to be used as necessary.

Our Shopify Store is seamlessly integrated but whenever a customer places an order, their order details should be readily accessible under their name. This integration eliminates the inconvenience of manually searching through chats to locate their order number on Shopify.

Just like the current feature of Jump to Flow. Can we add one more layer to Jump to Flow of a particular other Bot?
