Please allow users to access the WhatsApp Pay, native UPI payment mechanism instead of choosing only RazorPay gateway

Send two messages back to back by sending this first canned response; the second linked canned response can follow immediately or after a set period of time like 10 sec, 30 sec or 60 sec unless the customer responds. We just can link the second canned response from the create/edit canned response screen.

There should be an option to disable a particular canned response. So that it can be available to use circumstantially.

Allow to add contact fields as variables in templates. We can setup/link/map the fields during template creation itself.
