Hi Dhaval,
There is a feature we have recently launched.
In every bot ask node/card, under the validation settings you will find the following options.
- You can either choose to drop them from the bot, doing this the message and actions configured under the bot drop-off settings will work.
- If not, you can all choose the proceed to fallback option. After selecting that, you can add a assignment node and handle it as per your requirement.
